ICAI Ethical Standards & Anti-Solicitation Notice
In compliance with the Code of Ethics laid down by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), we do not solicit professional work or participate in public advertising. The request form below is provided solely as an informational intake channel for existing or prospective clients to request professional services. Our consultations focus on explaining statutory regulations, assessing business compliance health, and determining engagement scopes. We do not provide free generic advice or participate in bidding contests.
Our Strategic Intake Process
Every new client engagement follows a rigorous, multi-stage compliance verification process to align with statutory audit standards and our internal quality controls:
- Intake & Scope Submission: The prospective client shares details of their business structure (e.g., Private Limited Company, LLP, or Partnership), geographic presence, and specific taxation or audit requirements.
- Conflict of Interest Verification: A partner conducts an internal conflict check to ensure our firm does not have any conflicting engagements with counterparties or associate boards.
- Engagement Proposal & Letter: Upon confirming our independence, we issue a formal Engagement Letter detailing the scope of auditing or advisory services, fee structures, and deliverables as prescribed under ICAI guidelines.
- Advisory/Audit Session: Upon signing the Engagement Letter, we schedule an in-person session at our Chinchwad office or host a secure video conference to initiate the audit cycle or advisory project.
Confidentiality Statement
We treat all company profiles, operational ledgers, tax notice files, and banking structures shared during our intake process with the highest levels of security and classification. No client data is shared with third-party service providers, and all records are stored on our secure cloud systems.
Documents to Keep Ready:
- Incorporation certificate / Partnership deed.
- Trial Balance / Ledgers for the current financial year.
- Previous Year's Audited Financial Statements and ITR.
- Active GST login credentials (for GST reconciliations).

Q What information must be shared before scheduling the session?
We require details of your business entity name, GSTIN (if applicable), and a brief summary of the compliance issues or notices you want us to address, so we can conduct conflict-of-interest checks.

An Engagement Letter is a formal contract mandated by ICAI standards (such as SA 210) that defines the scope of work, auditor responsibilities, client duties, and fee structures, protecting both parties.
